On Sunday, March 2, former Harrisburg High School standout Jonah Sanford’s current college team, the William Jewell Cardinals, won 9-6 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Bemidji State Beavers.
The game took place at Talley Stadium. This was their fourth matchup against the Beavers this season.
The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Tuesday, March 4 at 5 p.m. at Talley Stadium against Washburn Ichabods.
