The Missouri Tigers announced on May 2 that their scheduled baseball game against No. 19 Arizona State at Taylor Stadium has been canceled because of expected bad weather.

The cancellation affects fans and players who were anticipating the matchup, as both teams continue their seasons in the midst of conference play.

According to the announcement, the Tigers (21-25, 4-19 Southeastern Conference) will finish their SEC series with the No. 5 Bulldogs (37-11, 15-6 SEC) in Athens on Sunday morning at 11 a.m. Central Time. The game will be broadcast on SEC Network. Following that, Missouri will host Vanderbilt (27-22, 10-14 SEC) for a three-game conference series next weekend at Taylor Stadium.

All Missouri baseball games can be listened to via audio stream on The Varsity Network app by Learfield. Play-by-play coverage is provided by Tex Little with Matt Michaels offering color commentary.

Looking ahead, fans are encouraged to follow updates from the team as they prepare for upcoming games and adjust schedules based on weather conditions.
