Missouri Tigers cross country teams to compete at Brother Doyle Meet of Champions

The University of Missouri men’s and women’s cross country teams will travel to New York to compete in the Brother Doyle Meet of Champions at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx. Both teams recently achieved first place finishes at the Missouri Cross Country Challenge.

At their previous meet, the men’s team secured the top two positions and placed six runners among the top 12. The women’s team claimed the top five spots and had nine runners finish in the top ten. Freshmen Valerie Lauver and Tim Ross won individual titles, with Lauver also earning Big 12 Runner of the Week honors.
