MU Health Care has been recognized on the Forbes list of Best-in-State Employers 2025 for Missouri.
Forbes and Statista Inc. compiled the America’s Best-In-State Employers 2025 list using an independent survey that included over 160,000 U.S. employees working at companies with at least 500 staff members nationwide. The process involved more than 2 million employer evaluations, with scores based on both direct employee feedback and input from friends, family members, or others in the same industry.
According to MU Health Care, its inclusion on this list is a reflection of ongoing efforts to create a positive workplace culture, support employee development, and focus on work-life balance.
