On Sunday, April 6, former Southern Boone High School standout Chase Morris’ current college team, the Lincoln Blue Tigers, won 14-12 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Southwest Baptist Bearcats.
The game took place at Dodson Field. This was their fourth matchup against the Bearcats this season.
The Blue Tigers’ next game is scheduled for Friday, April 11 at 4 p.m. at Vivion Field against William Jewell Cardinals.
