On Sunday, March 16, former Hallsville High School standout Edie Cobb’s current college team, the Brown Bears, won 5-4 in their NCAA Division I softball game against the Holy Cross Crusaders.

The game took place at Freshman Field. This was their second matchup against the Crusaders this season.

The Bears’ next game is scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 3 p.m. at Brown Softball Field against Stonehill Skyhawks.
