On Tuesday, Feb. 25, former Harrisburg High School standout Jonah Sanford’s current college team, the William Jewell Cardinals, lost 11-5 in their NCAA Division II baseball game against the Winona State Warriors.
The game took place at Talley Stadium. This was their first matchup against the Warriors this season.
The Cardinals’ next game is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 28 at 3 p.m. at Talley Stadium against Bemidji State Beavers.
