On Sunday, March 15, at 3:30 p.m., the Quincy Hawks, featuring former Hallsville High School standout Haley Martin, suffered a 9-0 defeat to the Indianapolis Greyhounds in their NCAA Division II softball matchup.

The teams faced off at Mart Heinen Softball Complex for their second meeting this season. In the earlier contest on Sunday, March 15, the Hawks lost 18-8 to the Greyhounds.

Martin pitched 1.2 innings, allowing three earned runs.

The Hawks are set to play their next game at Eischeid Softball Complex against Upper Iowa Peacocks on Saturday, March 21, at 12 p.m.
