The second COVID-19 Vaccine Comfort Clinic is a great opportunity for children aged 5 and older, and adults who feel anxious about needles or the process of receiving a vaccination to receive theirs! This sensory-friendly clinic will have extra comfort measures available including anxiety-reducing activities, private rooms for vaccination, distraction tools and volunteers trained in evidence-based child life therapeutic interventions.
The clinic is Saturday, June 11th, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at 1005 W. Worley St., Columbia. All COVID-19 vaccines will be available. Individuals can receive any dose, including primary and booster doses! Appointments are required to attend.
