To avoid disconnection of utility services, payments are due by 9:00a.m. the 25th of every month. Payments are accepted all day on the 24th, and no disconnection fees are assessed until the next day at 9:00 a.m. If the 25th falls on a weekend or holiday that the City is closed, payments must be received by 9:00a.m. the next business day to avoid disconnection and fees. For customer convenience, there is a night depository to the right of the front door to City Hall.
Alternate payment options:
- The City receives several electronic payments when customers pay through their bank's online bill pay program. Check with your bank to see if payments to the City of Centralia can be made electronically.
- Customers also have the option to enroll in automatic withdraw for utility payments. Simply complete the form below and return it to City Hall along with a voided check. Payments are automatically withdrawn on the 10th of each month.
- Online payments through the City's website are posted in real-time. There is a convenience fee of 3.5% added by the third-party payment administrator for this service. https://centraliamo.epayub.com/Account/Login?ReturnUrl=%2F
