City of Columbia celebrates National Customer Service Week Oct. 7-11

The first week of October is designated as Customer Service Week, a period set aside to honor and recognize the vital role that customer service professionals play in enhancing the customer experience in the City of Columbia.

The City expressed gratitude for the excellent work of its customer service representatives, cashiers, administrative technicians, and all employees who interact with the community daily.
