Columbia proposes DBE program goal for FAA-funded contracts

The City of Columbia, Missouri, has announced its proposed Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program goal of 6.1% for Federal Aviation Administration (FAA)-funded contracts and agreements. This goal applies to the federal fiscal years from 2025 through 2027, covering the period from October 1, 2024, to September 30, 2027.

A meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 7, 2025, at 3 p.m. at City Hall in Columbia to consult with stakeholders about the goal-setting process. The city invites comments on the DBE goal for a period of 30 days following this announcement.

Comments can be directed to Cale Turner at the address provided or to Ofelia Medina, a Compliance Specialist at the FAA's Office of Civil Rights.
