On Friday, the Boone County Commission and members of the Boone Hospital Board of Trustees met with the final three candidates for a vacant seat on the hospital board. The finalists are Joseph R. Miller, Senior Vice-President of Commercial Lending at Commerce Bank; Robert J. Wagner, Chairman and CEO of Columbia Insurance Group; and Quinton M. Ditmore, a retired neurologist. The Boone County Commission plans to make an appointment before the Board's meeting on June 21.
