Columbia residents win top spots in watershed PSA contest

The Help the Hinkson Watershed Restoration Project has announced the winners of its public service announcement (PSA) contest. In the short PSA category, which required videos to be 30 seconds or less, Justin Gregory from Columbia secured first place with his entry titled "Think." Serge Abellard, also from Columbia, earned second place for his video "Keep our Creek Clean."

Abellard further distinguished himself by winning first place in the one to three-minute short film PSA category with his video "Facts about Water Pollution."
