To help the public understand Boone County's stormwater ordinance, Stormwater Educator Nicki Fuemmeler has created a series of pamphlets addressing frequently asked questions. The guidebooks provide information on development projects greater than one acre, those less than one acre, and best management practices for residential construction.

Citizens are encouraged to pick up these pamphlets at two locations: the Boone County Government Center, Planning and Building Department, Room 210, located at 801 E. Walnut in Columbia, Missouri, or at the Boone County Public Works Department at 5551 Highway 63 South in Columbia, Missouri.
