As the 2024-25 season concludes for Mizzou Athletics, Laird Veatch, Director of Athletics at the University of Missouri, extends his gratitude to supporters. Veatch acknowledges that this year has brought both change and challenges to college athletics. Despite navigating new circumstances, he emphasizes that support from fans remained constant.

"The heart of what makes college sports special never wavered: the roar of the crowd, the thrill of game day, the pride of seeing student-athletes compete with passion and purpose," Veatch stated. He reflects on memorable moments experienced at Memorial Stadium, Hearnes Center, and Mizzou Arena.

Looking forward to the 2025-26 season, Veatch expresses optimism and a commitment to winning championships. "Our Will to Win remains our North Star: We want to win championships, and give you, the Mizzou faithful, even more to cheer about," he added.

Veatch concludes by encouraging continued collaboration in building something special together.
