University of Missouri's track and field athletes Kristi Perez-Snyman and Callan Saldutto have been named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-America Second Team. The announcement was made on Wednesday.

Perez-Snyman completed her academic career with a 3.96 GPA, earning a master's degree in natural resources. Saldutto achieved a perfect 4.00 GPA while graduating with a master's in accountancy. During the outdoor season, Perez-Snyman finished sixth in women's high jump with a leap of 1.87m (6-1.5), while Saldutto secured third place in men's javelin with a throw of 76.88m (252-3).

Saldutto is the third male athlete from Missouri to be named a CSC Academic All-American, following Tyler Dailey's recognition in 2007. On the women's side, Perez-Snyman's accolade marks the program's 13th honor and the first since Karissa Schweizer in 2018.

Additionally, seven student-athletes were recognized as Academic All-District selections. For the women’s team, Rahel Broemmel, Claudina Diaz, Reagan Kimrey, Nicole Louw, and Perez-Snyman received recognition. From the men’s team, Saldutto and Sterling Scott were honored for their academic achievements.

The Academic All-America honors celebrate student-athletes' combined accomplishments in both athletic competition and academic performance across NCAA Division I, II, III, and NAIA divisions.
