University of Missouri's track and field teams have achieved notable academic recognition. A total of 16 athletes, nine women and seven men, were honored as All-Academic Athletes by the United States Track and Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA). Both men's and women's teams were also recognized as All-Academic Programs.

On the men's team, Emanuele Bellanova, Lasse Funck, Garik Pozecki, Rece Rowan, Callan Saldutto, Sterling Scott, and Jonathan Seremes received accolades for their academic achievements alongside their athletic performances.

The women's team saw recognition for Rahel Broemmel, Alicia Burnett, Morgan Cannon, Claudina Diaz, Val Galligan, Petra Gombas, Victoria Josse, Kristi Perez-Snyman, and Marlena Tresnjo.

The women's program achieved a GPA of 3.581 while the men's program maintained a GPA of 3.349. To be eligible for USTFCCCA All-Academic honors at Missouri University, student-athletes must uphold a cumulative GPA of 3.25 or higher along with competitive athletic standards during the indoor or outdoor seasons.

The criteria to qualify include ranking among the top 96 nationally in an indoor championship event or competing in any round of the NCAA Division I Outdoor Track & Field Championships. Alternatively, athletes could finish the season ranked in the top 48 regionally in an outdoor event.

To achieve USTFCCCA All-Academic Team honors as a group, each track and field squad is required to maintain a cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 over recent grading periods.

Over time, Mizzou student-athletes have earned USTFCCCA All-Academic recognition 216 times on the women's side and 199 times on the men's side.
