Multipli Credit Union has entered into a new sponsorship agreement with Mizzou Athletics, strengthening its role as the Official Credit Union of Mizzou Athletics. The partnership, arranged by Learfield's Mizzou Sports Properties, is designed to improve the experience for fans and provide additional support for student-athletes.
As part of this arrangement, Multipli Credit Union becomes one of three Diamond Club Level Partners in the Premier Partner Program, joining Shelter Insurance and MU Health Care. This status highlights Multipli’s ongoing commitment to both Mizzou Athletics and the broader community.
"We are thrilled to welcome Multipli Credit Union as the newest Diamond Club Partner of Mizzou Athletics," said University of Missouri Director of Athletics Laird Veatch. "Strong corporate partnerships are vital to our sustained success, and Multipli's commitment demonstrates belief in how Mizzou Athletics and our student-athletes can help businesses connect to our strong community. I have enjoyed my conversations with CEO Rick Nichols and appreciate his recognition of the opportunities this partnership presents for Multipli and Mizzou. We look forward to seeing more partners follow Multipli's lead and demonstrating their 'Will to Win' alongside our coaches, student-athletes and staff."
Josh Pell, General Manager at Mizzou Sports Properties, commented on the expanded relationship: "We are excited to extend the partnership with Multipli Credit Union and welcome them as the Official Credit Union of Mizzou Athletics. This agreement reinforces their commitment to enhance the college experience for Tigers fans and student-athletes, while providing vital resources to support their growth and opportunities."
The deal also grants club level naming rights at two key venues: Memorial Stadium’s south endzone premium area will be renamed the Multipli Club, while similar branding will appear at Mizzou Arena during men’s and women’s basketball games. This visibility aims to boost brand awareness during events.
Multipli will play a role in supporting Name, Image, Likeness (NIL) initiatives through sponsored content, digital campaigns, and community events that give student-athletes platforms for engagement across Missouri.
Additionally, a portion of Multipli’s investment is directed toward Olympic sports programs at Missouri—most notably gymnastics—where its logo will be displayed during televised competitions.
"We are proud to invest in Mizzou Athletics, empowering student-athletes and connecting with fans throughout Tiger Nation. Our commitment to supporting student-athletes, particularly through innovative NIL opportunities, aligns with our mission to contribute positively to our community and empower individuals in their financial journeys," said Rick Nichols, President and CEO of Multipli Credit Union.
Multipli Credit Union is based in Jefferson City with branches in several Missouri cities including Columbia. It manages assets exceeding $1.4 billion.
Mizzou Athletics oversees 20 varsity teams comprising over 500 student-athletes who compete within the Southeastern Conference (SEC).
Learfield serves as a media partner for collegiate athletics nationwide by providing technology solutions aimed at increasing revenue generation and fan engagement across more than 1,200 institutions.
