Mizzou men's golf will begin its 2025-26 season on Monday at the Folds of Honor Collegiate tournament in Grand Haven, Michigan. The event will take place over three days at the American Dunes Golf Club, a par-71 course designed by Jack Nicklaus that measures 7,174 yards.
The Tigers are scheduled to start play from the 10th tee at 11:27 a.m. CT on Monday. They continue Tuesday from the first tee at 6:57 a.m. CT and conclude their participation Wednesday. The tournament will be broadcast live on Golf Channel with coverage windows throughout each day.
The Folds of Honor Collegiate aims to raise awareness and funds for Folds of Honor, an organization dedicated to providing educational scholarships for families of fallen or disabled military personnel and first responders.
This year’s field includes two teams ranked in the top 25 of the preseason Bushnell/Golfweek Coaches poll: No. 9 Florida State and No. 18 Alabama. Other participating schools are Air Force, Army, Baylor, California, Cincinnati, Florida A&M, Grand Valley State, Kansas, Michigan State, Navy, Notre Dame and Ohio State.
Missouri returns four of its top five scorers from last season: Trent Mierl (72.39 stroke average), Virgilio Paz (72.72), Veikka Viskari (73.58), Brock Snyder (74.06) and Bubba Chapman (74.22). Mierl became only the second Tiger in program history to earn SEC All-Freshman Team honors.
Newcomers this season include junior Bradley Mulder—who contributed to Colorado Christian’s Division II National Championship in 2024—and freshmen Esteban Cruz Bonilla and Reese Roberts.
During the summer break, members of the team competed internationally. Veikka Viskari reached the semifinals at The Amateur Championship and secured a bronze medal. Head Coach Glen Millican and freshman Reese Roberts were part of Team USA's silver-medal effort at the Toyota World Junior Golf Cup in Japan.
Missouri's lineup for this week features Veikka Viskari, Virgilio Paz, Trent Mierl, Reese Roberts and Bradley Mulder.
After this tournament, Missouri will compete next at the Canadian Collegiate Invitational in Muskoka Lakes, Ontario from September 14 to September 16.
