The University of Missouri men's golf team concluded its participation in the SEC Championship on Friday. Graduate student Mattias Varjun led the Tigers in scoring for the second consecutive day, finishing the final round of stroke play with a two-under 68. This performance moved him up 12 spots on the leaderboard, ending with a total score of +4 (74-72-68). Varjun's round was highlighted by an eagle three on the par five 15th hole, his sixth hole of the day. He started strong, reaching four-under through his first 10 holes and closing with a 68.

Other contributors included junior Virgilio Paz at +7 (68-74-75), freshman Trent Mierl at +8 (69-76-73), sophomore Veikka Viskari at +11 (73-73-75), and sophomore Brock Snyder also at +11 (73-73-75).

The Tigers finished in 16th place as a team. No. 2 Ole Miss led after three rounds of stroke play.
