Mizzou men's golf is set to open its season on Monday at the Folds of Honor Collegiate in Grand Haven, Michigan. The event will span three days, with the Tigers beginning play from the 10th tee at 11:27 a.m. CT on Monday. Action continues Tuesday at 6:57 a.m. CT and concludes Wednesday.

The tournament will be broadcast on Golf Channel, with live coverage scheduled each day. Monday's coverage runs from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT; Tuesday's window is from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. CT; and Wednesday features two sessions, from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m., and again from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. CT.

Alongside the competition, the Folds of Honor Collegiate aims to support Folds of Honor by raising awareness and funds for scholarships benefiting children and spouses of fallen or disabled military members and first responders.

This year's tournament takes place at American Dunes Golf Club, designed by Jack Nicklaus, which plays as a par-71 course over 7,174 yards.

Two teams ranked in the top 25 of the preseason Bushnell/Golfweek Coaches poll are participating alongside Missouri this week—No. 9 Florida State and No. 18 Alabama—along with Air Force, Army, Baylor, California, Cincinnati, Florida A&M, Grand Valley State, Kansas, Michigan State, Navy, Notre Dame and Ohio State.

Missouri returns four of its top five scorers from last season. Trent Mierl led with an average score of 72.39 and became only the second Tiger in school history named to the SEC All-Freshman Team. Also returning are Virgilio Paz (72.72), Veikka Viskari (73.58), Brock Snyder (74.06) and Bubba Chapman (74.22).

New additions for this season include junior Bradley Mulder—who was part of Colorado Christian’s team that won the Division II National Championship in 2024—and freshmen Esteban Cruz Bonilla and Reese Roberts.

During summer competitions, Veikka Viskari reached the semifinals at The Amateur Championship and secured a bronze medal finish internationally. Head Coach Glen Millican and freshman Reese Roberts contributed to Team USA’s silver medal performance at the Toyota World Junior Golf Cup in Japan.

Missouri's lineup for this week includes Veikka Viskari, Virgilio Paz, Trent Mierl, Reese Roberts and Bradley Mulder.

Following this event, Missouri will compete at the Canadian Collegiate Invitational in Muskoka Lakes, Ontario from September 14 through September 16.
