Rep. Mark Alford, U.S. Congressman representing Missouri’s 4th district since 2023, addressed several national issues in a series of posts on September 12, 2025. His messages focused on suicide prevention, support for military legislation, and calls for unity in the face of political violence.

In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, Alford posted: "September is Suicide Prevention Month.
