As the 2025 Missouri Tigers football season approaches, Mizzou Athletics has announced updated game day procedures for fans attending games at Memorial Stadium. The changes come as construction continues on the Memorial Stadium Centennial Project and capacity crowds are expected throughout the season.

To address anticipated congestion due to ongoing construction and high attendance, stadium gates will open two hours before kickoff for all games, an increase from the previous 90-minute window. Construction on the stadium means Gate 1 and the north concourse are no longer available, which is expected to create more crowding at remaining entry points and inside concourses. Work on the project will pause prior to gates opening each game day.

Fans traveling to campus should be aware of roadwork in Boone County that may affect traffic flow, including projects on I-70 between mile markers 137 and 144 and U.S. Route 63 at I-70. Parking lots for the home opener on August 28 will open at 2 p.m., while for other home games they will open at 7 a.m. RV parking at Truman's Landing begins at 5 p.m. the day before each game. Season-long parking passes have sold out; additional information about parking options can be found online.

Rideshare services now drop off and pick up passengers in Lot R, with a pregame MO-X shuttle available to take fans from Research Park Drive to Memorial Stadium.

All tickets for Mizzou Athletics events are digital, and fans are encouraged to download their tickets and parking passes before arriving on campus. Details about digital ticketing are provided through official channels.

The Clear Bag policy remains in effect for all events at Memorial Stadium. Due to construction impacts, fans are instructed to enter via gates corresponding with their seating location: those seated on the east side (Sections 101-110), students in the student section, and Tiger Deck attendees (Sections 301-315) should use Gates 2E-6E; west side ticket holders (Sections 116-125) should use Gates 2W-6W. Premium entrances remain unchanged.

The pedestrian tunnel under Stadium Boulevard will remain open but may be crowded due to narrowed walkways near construction areas; alternative routes are recommended when possible.

For fan experience enhancements this year, Mizzou Athletics has introduced several new features:

"New custom designed LED stadium lights allowing for choreographed light shows set to music or used in between quarters or after big plays"

"A new Tiger Fan Zone, opening three-and-a-half hours prior to kickoff each game day, which is available free for all fans on the lawn on Tiger Avenue across from Tiger Avenue Parking Structure just north of the traffic circle and features:

A large-screen TV showing games from around the country

Food trucks and seating

Beer sales

Tiger Team Store merchandise sales

MU Health Care Kids Zone featuring a video game truck playing EA Sports College Football 26

Coca-Cola Student Tailgate"

"Enhanced and increased pyro at key moments on game day"

"A new camera placement inside the locker room to get the crowd excited for the team runout"

"A re-worked in-game script designed to help keep up the energy even during breaks in play"

Additional upgrades include six concessions locations offering reduced prices—$2.99 hot dogs, popcorn, chips, fountain sodas (16 oz), and Dasani water (12 oz)—and expanded menu items such as BBQ Bacon Wrapped Conecuh Sausage Dog, Boulevard Beer Brat, Boulevard Beer Cheeseburger, Boulevard Beer Cheese Fries, and Loaded Nachos available at designated stands throughout Memorial Stadium.

Merchandise sales have also been expanded with more locations both inside and outside of Memorial Stadium as well as at Mizzou Arena.
