The University of Missouri will send eight divers to the 2025 NCAA Zone Diving Championships, which will take place in Iowa City, Iowa. The event is scheduled to begin on Monday, March 10 at the Campus Recreation & Wellness Center. Four male divers from Missouri are set to compete. Deacon Colbert will participate in both the 3-meter and platform events, Derek Colbert in platform diving, Collier Dyer in all three events (1-meter, 3-meter, and platform), and Tommaso Zannella in platform diving.
On the women's side, four athletes will represent the Tigers. Mia Henninger is entered in the 3-meter and platform competitions, Megan Jolly in both the 1-meter and 3-meter events, Olivia Liddle in platform diving, and Gabriela San Juan Carmona across all three events: 1-meter, 3-meter, and platform.
Dyer and Zannella recently reached A-finals in platform diving at the SEC Swimming and Diving Championships last month. Dyer placed fourth with a career-best score of 417.90 while Zannella tied for fifth with a personal best of 392.20.
The schedule for the championships is as follows:
- Monday, March 10: Men's 1-meter prelims at noon with finals at 2 p.m., Women's 3-meter finals at 3 p.m.
- Tuesday, March 11: Men's 3-meter prelims at noon with finals at 2 p.m., Women's 1-meter finals at 3 p.m.
- Wednesday, March 12: Women's platform prelims start at noon with finals at 2 p.m.; Men's platform prelims begin at 4:15 p.m., followed by finals at 5:45 p.m.
Looking ahead, the Women's NCAA Championships are set for March 19-22 in Federal Way, Washington. The Men's NCAA Championships will follow from March 26-29.
