Columbia College enrolls 11,416 undergrads

At Columbia College, 72 percent of undergraduate students are nontraditional students - age 25 or older - and 56 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Columbia enrolled 12,080 students in fall 2018, including 11,416 in undergraduate and 664 in graduate programs, data shows. 13.9 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

49 percent of undergraduates are residents of Missouri, and 51 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (56 percent) and Black or African American (22 percent).
