21 percent of applicants to Central Methodist University-College of Graduate and Extended Studies were admitted for fall 2018

At Central Methodist University-College of Graduate and Extended Studies, 65 percent of undergraduate students are traditional students - age 24 or younger - and 67 percent are female, according to the latest disclosure from the U.S. Department of Education.

The four-year private not-for-profit institution in Fayette enrolled 3,863 students in fall 2018, including 3,558 in undergraduate and 305 in graduate programs, data shows. 15.3 percent of undergraduates transferred from another college or university.

75 percent of undergraduates are residents of Missouri, and 25 percent are residents of other states.

The undergraduate student body is comprised mostly of students who identify as white (87 percent) and Black or African American (4 percent).

The school admitted 21 percent of the 38 students who applied for fall 2018. Of those who were admitted, 50 percent enrolled.
