Of the 106 people living in Franklin in 2019, 49.1 percent (52) were women and 50.9 percent (54) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Columbia News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 22-to-18. In the 65 and over age range, there were 14 females and 23 males.
