Columbia Regional Airport (COU) is set to introduce additional flights to Dallas and Chicago courtesy of American Airlines, starting in April 2024.

The airport will see an extra flight to Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) commencing on April 4, followed by an additional flight to Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) on June 5. This expansion will provide travelers with four flights to Dallas and three flights to Chicago each day.

Airport Manager Michael Parks expressed enthusiasm about the increased flight options, stating, "Columbia Regional Airport continues to see increased demand for flight options and an increase in the number of travelers coming through the new terminal." He added, "We are happy to partner with American Airlines to offer additional flights to travelers across the mid-Missouri region." Parks also highlighted the benefits of these additional flights, noting that they "offer opportunity and convenience for travelers to get to their destination faster and home sooner."

Travelers interested in the new flight schedules and airline information are encouraged to visit FlyCOU.com for more details.
