The City of Columbia is gearing up to host its first Mini Youth Summit, organized by the Youth Advisory Council. Scheduled for April 7, from noon to 2 p.m., the event will take place at the City of Columbia Activity and Recreation Center (ARC) located at 1701 West Ash Street, Columbia, MO 65203.
