City of Columbia offices will be closed Monday, Sept. 2 in observance of Labor Day. The City Council meeting will be held Tuesday, Sept. 3 instead of Monday due to the holiday.
Additionally, several City services will be impacted by the holiday. Although administrative offices for both the police and fire departments will be closed, all other emergency services will be available. Columbia Police urge residents to drive safely, unimpaired and within posted speed limits if community members are traveling for the holiday.
