Creek Week focuses on protecting local water resources

COLUMBIA, Mo. - The Greater Bonne Femme Watershed Initiative is set to host its first-ever Creek Week from June 9 to 14. This event will feature educational, recreational, and volunteer activities aimed at emphasizing the importance of local water resource protection.

The initiative is led by Boone County's Stormwater Management Department in collaboration with various partners. Their collective goal is to restore and protect the water resources within the Greater Bonne Femme Watershed for future generations.
