Alford announces August town hall tour schedule for Missouri's Fourth District

Today, Congressman Mark Alford (MO-04) announced the schedule for his August 2025 Town Hall Tour. The events are open to Fourth District residents and the media.

“We made a commitment to be the most accessible Member of Congress,” said Congressman Alford. “With more than 100 public events and counting, we’re keeping our word. August 25-29, we will embark on one big, beautiful town hall tour—hitting 15 stops in 15 counties to hear directly from our constituents. I can’t promise we will always agree, but I will always show up to listen. We look forward to answering the questions Fourth District residents.”

The tour will begin on Monday, August 25th, with visits in Cass, Bates, Vernon, Dade, and Polk counties. Events include breakfast at Sapp Bros – Apple Barrel Restaurant in Harrisonville at 8:30 am and an evening town hall at Southwest Baptist University in Bolivar at 7:00 pm.

On Tuesday, August 26th, Congressman Alford will visit Hickory, Camden, Laclede, and Pulaski counties. The day starts with breakfast at Hickamo Cafe in Wheatland at 8:30 am and concludes with an evening town hall at St Roberts Community Center in Saint Robert at 7:00 pm.

Wednesday's itinerary includes Morgan, Benton, and Boone counties with a morning event at Bean Depot in Laurie starting at 8:30 am and an evening town hall at Harrisburg Lions Club in Harrisburg beginning at 7:00 pm.

The tour continues on Thursday with stops in Howard, Saline, and Lafayette counties. Events include breakfast at LaFayette on the Square in Fayette starting at 8:30 am.
