The University of Missouri wrestling team, ranked No. 20 nationally, was defeated by No. 3 Oklahoma State with a score of 36-3 on Sunday in Stillwater, Oklahoma. This loss marks the Tigers' second defeat during their weekend road trip to Oklahoma and brings their season record to 5-9 overall and 4-3 in Big 12 competition. Oklahoma State remains undefeated at 12-0 overall and 9-0 in conference matches.

Oklahoma State began the dual with two straight wins before Missouri's Josh Edmond secured a victory at 141 pounds, giving the Tigers their only points of the meet. Following Edmond’s win, Oklahoma State took control again, winning the next two matches to lead 13-3 at intermission.

In one of the featured bouts, Missouri’s Cam Steed lost a close match to three-time All-American Cameron Amine. Freshman Aeoden Sinclair also competed but was defeated by NCAA finalist Dustin Plott. The Cowboys won all five matches in the latter half of the dual, earning bonus points in four.
