The University of Missouri swimming and diving team is set to participate in the 2025 SEC Swimming and Diving Championships, which will take place from February 17 to 22 at Gabrielsen Natatorium in Athens, Georgia.
The competition spans six days, beginning on Monday and ending on Saturday. The format includes preliminary rounds followed by finals for individual swimming and diving events, while relay races will be contested as finals only. Fans can follow live results through the Meet Mobile app and DiveMeets. The final day of the championships will be broadcast on SECN+ and SEC Network at 6:00 p.m. Central Time.
Several Missouri athletes are entering the meet with notable rankings among their Southeastern Conference peers. Collier Dyer is currently ranked second in 1-meter diving with an average optional score of 59.44, fourth in platform diving with a score of 60.63, and fifth in 3-meter diving at 62.78. Tommaso Zannella holds ninth place in platform diving with an average score of 57.97.
On the swimming side, Jan Zubik stands seventh in the 200 butterfly (1:41.47), Grant Bochenski is eighth in the 100 backstroke (45.34), Alex Ochsenbein has posted the tenth-fastest time this season in the 100 breaststroke (52.60), and Karolina Bank ranks tenth among SEC competitors in the same event (59.81). In women's diving, Gabriela San Juan Carmona is sixth in the conference for 3-meter diving with an average optional score of 50.31.
The schedule for each day’s events includes both preliminaries and finals across various disciplines such as women's and men's diving events, medley relays, freestyle races, individual medleys, butterfly, backstroke, breaststroke competitions, and platform dives.
After completing the SEC Championships, Missouri will host the Mizzou Qualifier on March 1-2 at Mizzou Aquatic Center.
