Mark Alford succeeded Vicky Hartzler as the representative for Missouri’s 4th district in 2023. Born in Baytown, Texas in 1963, he is currently 59 years old and resides in Lake Winnebago. Alford graduated from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988 with a Bachelor of Arts degree.
