The Sept. 27 COVID-19 data update includes 51,863 positive cases recorded in Boone County since the beginning of the pandemic. A total of 15 positive tests were recorded on Sept. 25. Please note that this data is preliminary and subject to change as new information becomes available.
There are 42 COVID-19 patients in our local hospitals. Of those, 6 patients are in the ICU and there are 5 on ventilators.
