Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the City Council of Columbia, Missouri at 7:00 p.m. on Monday, June 3, 2024, in the Council Chamber of the City Hall Building, 701 E. Broadway, Columbia, Missouri. The hearing concerns the proposed annexation into the City of Columbia of approximately 29.68 acres of land owned by Richland Olivet Farm L.L.C. The property is located on the west side of Olivet Road and south of Richland Road.
At this public hearing, any interested person, corporation, or political subdivision may present evidence regarding the proposed annexation. Furthermore, any objections to the proposed annexation should be filed in writing with the City Council no later than fourteen days after the date of said public hearing.
