The City of Columbia will celebrate National Customer Service Week from October 7 to 11. This period is dedicated to honoring and recognizing the vital role that customer service professionals play in enhancing the customer experience within the city.

The City expressed its gratitude for the excellent work of customer service representatives, cashiers, administrative technicians, and all employees who interact with the community daily.

City Source, a monthly publication produced by the Creative Services and Marketing and Engagement and Public Communication divisions, is mailed out to all City of Columbia utility customers and is available free of charge at City Hall.

Columbia's vision is to be "the best place for everyone to live, work, learn and play," while its mission is "to serve the public equitably through democratic, transparent and efficient government."
