Rep. Mark Alford, currently serving in the U.S. Congress and representing Missouri's 4th district, recently shared insights from his activities on social media. Having replaced Vicky Hartzler in 2023, Alford has continued to engage actively with his constituents.

On June 18, Alford highlighted his participation in a public event held in Belton, marking it as their "100TH PUBLIC EVENT" where he aimed to "hear directly from you, our constituents." He emphasized his commitment to being accessible and listening to the concerns of residents in the Fourth District regardless of agreement or disagreement. "Great to be in Belton for our 100TH PUBLIC EVENT to hear directly from you, our constituents."

Later that day, he expressed gratitude for being invited as the keynote speaker at the annual district dinner hosted by the Missouri Farm Bureau in Henry County. He remarked on meeting local farmers and ranchers from MO-04 and discussed how they could be supported through congressional efforts. "Every year Missouri Farm Bureau hosts their annual district dinner, and we were honored to be the keynote speaker last night in Henry County!"

On June 19, Alford addressed President Trump's proposed legislative measure known as One Big Beautiful Bill. He clarified that this bill is not designed as a tax break for wealthy individuals but aims to prioritize rural and hard-working Americans. He introduced Dusty, a real estate broker and small business owner from MO-04 as an example of those who would benefit under this bill's provisions."President Trump’s One Big Beautiful Bill is NOT a tax break for the wealthy."
