Cayden Green, a junior offensive lineman at the University of Missouri (Mizzou), has received two more preseason All-America honors. These accolades come from Athlon Sports and the Walter Camp Football Foundation, as announced on Tuesday.

Previously, Green was named a First Team Preseason All-American by Phil Steele. Now, he adds second team and third team All-America recognition from Walter Camp and Athlon Sports, respectively.

Green is entering his second consecutive season as Mizzou's starting guard. He has played 1,504 career snaps over 24 games, including 18 starts with both Mizzou and Oklahoma. In 2024, Green contributed to the Mizzou offense's impressive performance with 2,138 rushing yards and 2,926 passing yards, alongside 26 rushing touchdowns.

The offensive line he anchored led the Southeastern Conference (SEC) in time of possession at an average of 32 minutes and 54 seconds per game. Nationally, they ranked seventh in this category. The team also ranked fourth in tackles for loss allowed (4.62 per game) and seventh in sacks allowed (2.00 per game) within the conference. Their red zone offense was particularly effective, converting on 46 out of 50 opportunities for a .920 success rate.

In the Music City Bowl, Green recorded zero pressures allowed over 41 pass block snaps and earned an 82.7 pass block grade according to Pro Football Focus.

Fans interested in supporting Mizzou football can join the season ticket waitlist for the upcoming season or purchase single-game tickets when they become available on July 29.
