Graduate students Daylan Carnell and Connor Tollison, along with senior Zion Young, will represent the University of Missouri at the 2025 SEC Football Kickoff Media Days. They will be joined by head coach Eliah Drinkwitz at the event, scheduled from July 14-17 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The Southeastern Conference has announced that 48 student-athletes from its 16 member schools have been selected to attend this key preseason gathering. Mizzou, along with Arkansas, Kentucky, and Texas A&M, is set to hold its media availability on Thursday, July 17.

SEC Network plans extensive coverage of the event with nearly 50 hours of live studio programming starting daily at 6 a.m. CT (7 a.m. ET). The network aims to provide comprehensive television coverage throughout the four-day event.

Daylan Carnell is entering his third season as Mizzou's starting safety. In his career spanning 43 games (26 starts), he has recorded significant statistics including 133 tackles and four interceptions. His performance includes notable achievements such as returning two interceptions for touchdowns against New Mexico State and Tennessee.

Connor Tollison returns after an injury-shortened season in 2024. As a four-year starting center for the Tigers, he has played in 37 games (35 starts) and accumulated over 2,300 snaps. He was instrumental in leading an offensive line that ranked highly both nationally and within the conference.

Zion Young begins his second season as Mizzou's starting defensive end after transferring from Michigan State. Over his career of 33 games (24 starts), Young has achieved noteworthy stats including five sacks and one fumble recovery.

Coach Eliah Drinkwitz will accompany these players to Atlanta as he enters his sixth year leading the Mizzou football program.

Mizzou's "Kickoff in CoMo" season opener is set for August 28 against Central Arkansas at Memorial Stadium.

Fans interested in securing tickets can join the waitlist for the upcoming season or purchase single-game tickets when they go on sale on July 29.
