Rep. Mark Alford, who represents Missouri’s 4th district in the U.S. Congress, announced details of his upcoming town hall tour and highlighted key political priorities in a series of tweets posted on July 25 and 26, 2025.
On July 25, Alford invited constituents to participate in an event later this summer: "TOWN HALL TOUR 2025!!! JOIN US AUGUST 25TH-28TH: https://t.co/Iti0lbRiOy". The following day, he elaborated on the scope of the tour, writing "Our 3rd annual Town Hall Tour is coming up: 4 days. 15 counties. SEE YOU SOON! https://t.co/Ef9GUvC1am" on July 26.
Later that same day, Alford posted about former President Donald Trump’s policy positions and legislative priorities: "HEAR TRUMP ON: OBBB ENSURING America first safety both at home and abroad ! LEADING on OUR terms in defense of OUR interests, OUR values, and OUR way of life. UPHOLDING religious freedom and maintaining bipartisan PRO-LIFE protections. + PASSING the National".
Alford has served as the representative for Missouri's 4th District since replacing Vicky Hartzler in 2023. He was born in Baytown, Texas in 1963 and currently resides in Lake Winnebago. Alford earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Texas at Austin in 1988.
