Rep. Mark Alford, who represents Missouri’s 4th district in the U.S. Congress, shared a series of posts on August 15, 2025, highlighting legislative achievements and national security priorities.

At 20:30 UTC, Alford commented on leadership in Washington D.C., writing: "At the end of the day, I believe that the courts will agree with @POTUS and @PamBondi, that someone needs to lead. Alford has represented Missouri’s 4th District since 2023 after succeeding Vicky Hartzler. He was born in Baytown, Texas in 1963 and currently resides in Lake Winnebago. Alford graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1988.
