Missouri Tigers women’s tennis to finish fall season at SDSU Fall Classic

Missouri Tigers women's tennis will conclude its fall season by participating in the SDSU Fall Classic in San Diego. The event is scheduled to start on Friday, November 7, and will run through Sunday, November 9.

The team is set to compete against several programs, including San Diego State, Colorado State, Stanford, San Diego, North Carolina Central, UC-San Diego, and St. Mary's.

In their most recent outing at the ITA Fall Regional held from October 16-20, Missouri found success in singles play. Sophomore Korina Roso and graduate student Mary Brumfield both advanced to the main draw round of 32. Roso progressed further into the round of 16 before being eliminated prior to the quarterfinals.

Roso has also achieved a strong doubles record this fall with five wins and two losses. She has played alongside senior Michelle Kleynerman and sophomore Zoe Lazar during these matches.

Competition at the SDSU Fall Classic will begin with doubles matches at 11 a.m. CT on Friday, followed by singles matches starting at 11:45 a.m. CT.
