Those without computer access can call 573.874.7634 to report a positive at-home test. Leave a voicemail with your name, date of birth, race/ethnicity, address, phone number, email address, date of test and vaccination status.
If you tested positive for COVID-19 at a lab or testing site, you do not need to report your positive test results as they are already reported to us.
If you have questions about what to do next, you can call 573.874.6337 to speak to one of our staff members in English or Spanish. Staff members can answer questions about recommendations for isolation, quarantine for close contacts or other guidance.
