The Boone County Fire Protection District would like to take the time to remember and honor the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in defense of our country.
The National Moment of Remembrance occurs at 3 p.m. today and lasts for one minute. We encourage all who are able to pause during that moment in remembrance of the sacrifices made by many to defend freedom for all.
