Missouri will host Vanderbilt and McKendree in a double dual meet at the Mizzou Aquatic Center on Saturday, November 1. The event marks the start of home competition for the Tigers this season. The meet begins at 10 a.m., with live results available through Meet Mobile and Dive Meets. Fans can also watch the action live on SEC Network+. Admission is free and open to the public.
The Tigers enter the meet after facing Purdue in West Lafayette, Indiana, where they recorded eight individual wins and one relay victory but lost to Purdue’s teams by scores of 116-184 (women) and 108-192 (men).
Missouri’s women’s team holds a 2-0 record against Vanderbilt. Their last meeting took place on October 13, 2018, in Nashville, where Missouri won 176-81.
Against McKendree, both Missouri’s men’s and women’s teams are also undefeated at 2-0. In their most recent match-up during the previous season on January 17-18, 2025, Missouri’s men secured a win with a score of 189-110 while the women won decisively with a score of 248.5-44.5.
During last weekend's meet against Purdue, Karolina Bank led with three victories: she won the 100 breaststroke (1:02.14), the 200 breaststroke (2:18.39), and contributed to a win in the 200-medley relay (27.41 split). Jan Zubik added two wins in the 100 fly (46.65) and the 200 IM (1:47.07). Newcomers Quinlan Gould and Libby Bakker each earned their first wins as Tigers; Gould took first in the 100 backstroke with a time of 47.22 while Bakker won the 200 backstroke in her debut race at Mizzou with a time of 1:59.06.
The women's relay team consisting of Sydney Bales, Bank, Grace Hanson, and Katie Kuehn claimed victory in the women's 200 medley relay with a time of 1:40.59.
Senior Collier Dyer continued his strong performances by winning the men's one-meter diving event with a score of 364.58 points.
Matthew Judkins earned his first career win in collegiate competition by taking first place in the men's 200 butterfly event with a time of 1:45.75.
After this weekend's home opener, Missouri's diving squad will travel to Atlanta for the Georgia Tech Invitational from November 13–15. Both swimming and diving teams will return home for joint competition during the Mizzou Invite from November 20–22.
